Description
These operations target non-compliant ENDS products being offered for import through international mail. Conducting the operations provide information about the volume of ENDS and other tobacco products that are being imported through the IMF. Data is used to track importation trends of ENDS products to support and expand enforcement actions. This initiative is part of a broader effort to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, protect public health, and prevent the distribution of non-compliant tobacco products
