She has spent over 35 years as an executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry at Regenxbio, Glaxo Smith Kline, Novartis, Pharmacia, and Schering Plough. As a regulatory and drug development
leader, she brought a strategic vision to products from research stage to commercialization in
both small biotech and big pharma. This expertise has been gained through the development and approval of more than 30 medicines or new indications and through negotiating development plans and product labeling at over 200 HA meetings. The experience and innovation in Oncology, Gene Therapy, Rare Diseases and Neurology, she brought to these therapeutic areas have resulted in companies saving time, money, and patient lives. Throughout her career she has managed teams of over 175 professionals and mentored executives
