Rashmi Mathur is a Managing Director at Deloitte, where she leads teams delivering artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to federal clients. With over two decades of experience, including as a partner and federal consulting leader in IBM's Watson Health, Rashmi brings deep industry knowledge across technology, healthcare, and analytics. Since joining Deloitte in February 2022, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s AI capabilities in the Federal Health sector.  She currently leads the development of analytical solutions supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs including the VEO, VHA, and the NAII and brings experience working with technology alliances such as NVIDIA, Google, AWS and DataBricks to accelerate AI transformation initiatives.
