The Dayton VA is committed to improving the overall patient experience for each and every Veteran. Our goal has been to foster a sense of trust for our Veterans receiving care at the Dayton VA and our efforts have been successful. Our patient experience scores are improving, trust scores are at an all-time high and we continue our work to improve the patient experience.
