Learning Outcomes
Aim 1: Provider Outcomes: Evaluate delivery of, learning efficacy of, and satisfaction with the standardized MSKD assessment education and training program for DoD and VA primary care providers.
Aim 2: Patient Outcomes: Document and assess metrics including referrals, engagement, rehabilitation program progress, and satisfaction of patients referred to the ADVet-HOMME virtual platform by primary care providers trained through the standardized MSKD assessment education and training program.
