This panel discusses some of the training and education programs – both inside the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as across the Federal Government enterprise – that are available to enlisted members. There are many resources and programs to help enlisted service members explore their options, develop skills, and find the best opportunities for their future. Leaders and other stakeholders should know about these types of opportunities to help their subordinates develop their skills, knowledge, and potential, as well as improve their performance, retention, and satisfaction.
