Embarking on the journey of transformation within healthcare isn’t just challenging—it's an intricate dance of demands and human dynamics where every step counts. Change is inevitable and today is being driven mostly by the forces of technology, patient and employee expectations, Government regulations, and costs.  Whether change is deemed successful or not, there is a significant human toll and if not addressed leading to stress, anxiety, disengagement, burnout, and turnover.  Let’s address what change requires in a way that helps our people not just survive, but thrive.
