1.The participant will be able to understand how the brain fuels for cognitive activities.<br />
2.The participant will be able to recognize cognitive fatigue.<br />
3.The participant will be able to improve awareness for regulating cognitive energy to support brain health and workplace wellness.<br />
4.The participant will be able to use the Spoon Theory as a framework to identify activities that give and take away cognitive energy.
