Description
The past 18 months have been very busy for the Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System (ERSS). In terms of Unit Level Training, NEMWDC (formally known as NEMTI) has gathered valuable data associated with the operational readiness evaluation (ORE) that provides BUMED an objective approval that the system has passed their Basic Phase and is ready to deploy. This poster demonstrates the variables in team dynamics leading up to their respective ORE from March of 2023 to July of 2024.
