Following this session, the attendees will be able to summarize how a multidisciplinary surgical team meeting can improve adherence to clinical pathways and decrease surgical morbidity. Each learner will also have an increased ability to discuss the benefits of a multidisciplinary team meeting to their own institutions. Lastly, the learner will be able to apply these concepts to create a multidisciplinary team meeting at their own institution.
