Key Learnings: The integration of technology in healthcare has numerous benefits and drawbacks. The use of technology may enhance the human aspect of healthcare. The benefits of technology, such as improved health outcomes, improved efficiency, improved patient safety, and improved communication could outweigh the risks of increased cost of systems integration, perceived or real depersonalization of care, and cybersecurity risks.
