1. Following this session, attendees will be able to demonstrate awareness of the benefit of music therapy and speech language pathology co-treatment for service members and veterans who experience auditory and cognitive dysfunction related to comorbid TBI and PTSD.
2. Following this session, attendees will be able to interpret clinical components and current clinical impact of the Auditory Cognition Lab clinical protocol as they directly relate to exercises that directly address auditory processing and cognitive functioning.
3. Following this session, attendees will be able to summarize multi-system efforts that are required to create a platform for researching the Auditory Cognition Lab protocol across Defense Health Agency and Veterans Health Administration medical facilities.
