Description
This session will describe how the Department examined its ability to conduct Comprehensive Exposure Monitoring (CEM) to better recognize and take risk management actions to mitigate effects on the short- and long-term health, performance, and readiness of DoD personnel (Service members and DoD civilians) and military working animals. The presenters will: • Provide an overview of Comprehensive Exposure Monitoring Requirements • Highlight needed Department actions across doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy • Describe related interagency efforts to advance exposure monitoring
