Description

During Orthopedic surgeries, the OR is often cluttered with large unused equipment taking up valuable space and too few staff to assist with the surgical case. Enovis’ Augmented Reality Visual & Information System (ARVIS) represents the next generation in orthopedic technology by providing a wearable, self-contained and hands-free navigational surgical guidance directly to the surgeon at the point of care. The Adaptable product assists the surgeon and OR staff with proper limb placement and maintaining this position throughout the length of the surgical procedure. This helps prevent staff from lifting greater than 35 pounds and reducing fatigue during the surgical case, both of which are leading causes of healthcare worker injuries.
