a. The TRICARE Health Plan (THP) covers 9.5M beneficiaries, offering access to care that extends from the Military’s Treatment Facilities into the private sector or community with help of Managed Care Support Contractors (MCSCs). The MCSCs support the DHA in its mission by performing a number of key activities to make sure care is high-quality, timely, and efficacious.
