Description
Over the last 24 months, the Defense Health Agency has established, and then executed upon, a strategy to modernize the healthcare delivery model for the 9.6 million beneficiaries it is privileged to serve. In this session, the speaker will describe the care transformation changes, the digital investments, and the outcomes being achieved in the early stages of the strategy execution. Information on improvements to both patient and the medical workforce will be shared.
