Mary Beth Terry is a Professor of Epidemiology and Environmental Health at Columbia University. She alsoserves as the Executi ve Director of Silent Spring Insti tute. She has spent the last 25 years focused onenvironmental modifi ers of breast cancer risk, parti cularly in younger women. She has led multi -generati onal family cohorts both locally within New York City and globally.
