Christine Hanson Divers, MS, PhD is a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research & Real World Evidence at Eisai Inc. She is responsible for providing HEOR&RWE expertise to internal and external stakeholders; including academia, research organizations, managed care organizations, medical associations and practitioners, government groups, research vendors and consultants. Dr. Divers has over 30 years of experience in Outcome Research, Real World Evidence, Academia, Health Policy and Quality. Christine held positions in outcomes research starting in 1996 while working for Managed Care Resources. She was a professor at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for 6 years before joining PharMa. Dr. Divers joined Eisai in 2020 and supports our neurology and oncology portfolio. She received her PhD in Pharmacoeconomics from the University of Texas at Austin. After receiving her degree, she was a professor at the School of Pharmacy at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She has authored/co-authored over 60 publications and presentations at national congresses. Her research encompasses a broad range of therapeutic areas including, cardiovascular, respiratory, neurology and oncology.
