She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, in 2003, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, in 2011, a Master of Military Art and Science from the United States Command and General Staff College, in 2015, and a Doctor of Philosophy from University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), in 2021. She is board certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
COL Taylor-Clark’s military education includes numerous leadership and technical training courses including the CJ Ready Junior Leader Course, Iron Major Course, and DHA Intermediate Executive Leader Course. Her awards and decorations include four Meritorious Service Medals, six Army Commendation Medals, and five Army Achievement Medals.
