Important 2026 Annual Meeting Timeline and Deadlines
July 7
- Meeting Registration Open
- Early Bird Meeting Registration rates available until 21 Nov
- Poster Submissions open
- Plenary and Pre-selected Breakout abstract submission site open (Code required, see below)
- Exhibit registration Open for Federal stakeholders, only
- NOTE- Abstract Submission is to be done with the understanding that ALL presenters are required to complete registration for the meeting by 31 December! Abstract submission codes will be provided to confirmed presenters.
August 1
- Award Submissions Open
October 31
- Plenary/Breakout/Poster abstract submissions CLOSE – All presenter requirements must be complete.
November 15
- Nominations for AMSUS Awards CLOSE
November 21
- Early Bird registration ends; Begin Standard Rates
December 4
- Slide Decks Due for all presentations (breakout and plenary)
- Poster image for content review Due
December 31
- Standard Registration End; Late registration rates begin - Feb 15, 2026
- Speaker Registration Deadline. All Presenters must have completed registration and submitted appropriate documents to confirm presentation position
February 12
- Late registration ends, Onsite registration fee begins.
- Edited, final slide decks due!
