Monday 02               
8:00am - 4:00pm Booth set up/registration open for name badge pick up
4:30pm – 6:00pm Mix & Mingle networking event (located outside the Woodrow Wilson ballroom, not in the exhibit hall)

Tuesday 03                         
6:00am - 10:45am Late arrival booth set up (AMSUS Approval))
11:00am - Exhibit Hall Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony/Federal Leadership Photo *All booths MUST be set by 11am*
11:15am - 1:00pm Exhibits, Posters & Product Theater (Presentations/demos in back of exhibit hall)
5:00pm Welcome Reception (Networking for Exhibitors and Attendees, Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to man booths)

Wednesday 04               
7:00am – 8:00am  Breakfast with exhibitors
11:15am – 1:00pm Exhibits & Product Theater (Presentations/demos in back of exhibit hall)                                            

Wednesday 04             
Booth Tear Down 1:30pm – 6:00pm (Exhibit Hall must be cleared out by midnight)

To maintain the integrity and professionalism of the event, exhibitors are strictly prohibited from dismantling or removing any part of their booth prior to tear-down time.
