  • Early Bird Meeting Registration until 4 December
  • Poster Submissions open
  • Leadership Plenary and Pre-selected Breakout abstract submission site open (Code required)
  • Exhibit registration Open for Federal stakeholders, only
  • Award Submissions Open

October 30
  • Plenary/Breakout/Poster abstract submissions CLOSE – All presenter requirements must be complete.
  • NOTE- Abstract Submission is to be done with the understanding that ALL presenters are required to complete registration for the meeting by 4 December! Abstract submission codes will be provided to confirmed presenters

November 13
  • Nominations for AMSUS Awards CLOSE

December 4
  • Early Bird registration ends; Begin Standard Rates – through March 1, 2027
  • Slide Decks Due for all presentations (breakout and plenary)
  • Poster image for content review Due
  • Presenter Registration Deadline

February 26 (2027)
  • Final slides due to AMSUS

March 2 (2027)
  • Late registration rates begin
  • All late or onsite badges will not be pre-printed

Dress Code/Uniform 

AMSUS suggests the following uniform guidance/dress code for attendees:

  • Army: Class B Army Service Uniform (ASU) for all active duty attendees; Class A ASU with jacket for presenters.
  • Navy: Khaki uniforms for active duty attendees; Service Dress Blues for presenters.
  • Air Force: Any combination of blues for active duty attendees; Service Dress Blues for all presenters.
  • US Public Health Service: Khaki uniforms for active duty attendees; Service Dress Blues for presenters.
  • Civil Service/Contractors: Business Casual for attendees; Business attire for presenters.
