Note: AMSUS Members receive the lowest rates.  To ensure you receive the correct registration rate, please email membership@amsus.org to confirm your membership status or to become an AMSUS member and receive the best rates!! 

Registrations must be completed all the way through to the end or

they will not be saved in the system

**New this year:  REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT DETAILS WILL NOT BE SAVED

• Tiered Registration Rates - must be paid in full by deadline or rate will increase! 
• Be prepared with credit card details/payor contact info as you begin  - Registrations without payment details will NOT save!!!  
• We are unable to switch out credit cards after registration is complete.  This will be considered a cancel, and subject to cancellation fees and higher registration rates. Registration cancellations are subject to a $75 fee.
